This Privacy Policy explains how kaxxi ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our Platform. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Maltese data-protection law.

• Account data: name, email address and password (stored hashed by our auth provider).
• Order and shipping data: shipping address, order history and unboxing history.
• Payment metadata: processed by Stripe; we store payment references, not card numbers.
• Usage data: analytics and performance data to improve the Platform.

2. How we use your data

• To provide the service: process purchases, unboxings, credits and shipping.
• To communicate with you about your account and orders.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Processors and third parties

We share data with processors who help us run the service, including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments) and Vercel (hosting and analytics). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

4. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
