These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kaxxi website and services (the "Platform"), operated from Malta. By creating an account or purchasing a mystery box you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Platform. By using kaxxi you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Mystery boxes and value

Each mystery box contains one or more items drawn from a defined prize pool. Outcomes are determined using a provably fair random process. See our Provably Fair page for details. Published expected-value figures refer to the aggregate expected value of a box relative to its price and do not guarantee the value of any single box you open. Item availability and prize pools may change over time.

3. Purchases, credits and pricing

  • Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store card details.
  • Store credits earned from selling items back to kaxxi are non-cashable, hold no monetary value outside the Platform, and may only be used towards purchases and shipping on kaxxi.

4. Unboxing, keeping and selling

After purchase you may open a box to reveal your item. You may either keep the item (paying applicable shipping) or sell it back for store credits at the rate displayed at the time of the transaction. Outcomes are determined server-side using our provably fair random process.

5. Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown before you confirm that you wish to keep an item. Delivery is available across Malta; timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to manipulate outcomes, credits or pricing, or access data you are not authorised to access.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kaxxi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Maltese and EU consumer law.
