Refund & Returns Policy

This policy explains when refunds and returns are available for purchases made on kaxxi. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and does not affect your statutory rights under Maltese and EU consumer law.
1. Mystery boxes
Because a mystery box is a randomised digital-then-physical product whose contents are revealed on opening, the right of withdrawal generally ends once a box has been opened (unboxed).
2. Store credits
Store credits are non-cashable and cannot be refunded to a payment method. Credits obtained from selling items back remain usable on the Platform.
3. Damaged or incorrect items
If an item you chose to keep arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, store credit or refund as appropriate and in line with your consumer-law rights.
4. How to request a refund
Email kaxxi.mt@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within a few business days.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
